LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:

A 5-year warranty is provided for many of the parts used in repairs to your vehicle. This is a summary of warranty highlights and coverage.   • The limited warranty provides for repair or replacement of covered parts which fail to perform the function for which they were designed.
  • Term of 60 months/ unlimited miles beginning on the date of installation of the covered part.
  • Includes reimbursement for the labor cost required for repair or replacement of the covered part, based on nationally-accredited labor time guides.
  • In the event you sell or transfer ownership of your vehicle to a non-dealership party, covered parts will still be eligible for coverage under this limited warranty for the remainder of the original term.

Limited Warranty Limitations And Exclusions:

  • This limited warranty does not cover parts that are not listed as a covered part on the mypartswarranty.com website.
  • This limited warranty does not cover parts that fail due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, impact, accident, fire, racing, rust, corrosion, contamination or modifications to powertrain, suspension or emission systems.
  • If it is determined that the failure does not constitute a breakdown under this limited warranty, you must pay for all diagnostic and repair costs.
  • This limited warranty does not cover any damage by a covered part to a non-covered part, or damage by a non-covered part to a covered part.
  • To the extent allowed by law, incidental and consequential damages such as loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, and commercial loss are not covered.
  • After replacement of a covered part under the originating repair order, the limited warranty coverage on that covered part has ended.
  • Repairs or claims that are covered, whether acknowledged or not, by a manufacturer or third-party warranty/recall, other insurance policies or other service contracts are not covered.
  • Benefits payable under this limited warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the covered part plus labor charge required for repair or replacement of the covered part.

Important Claim Information:

  • No repairs or payments shall be made without prior authorization from the claim administrator.
  • Take immediate action to prevent further damage to a covered part. This limited warranty will not cover damage caused by negligence.
  • Return the vehicle to your originating dealer and inform them of your limited warranty. We will pay them directly for authorized repairs. You will be asked to sign the final invoice.
  • You must cooperate in our investigation of any claim, including authorization of any charge necessary to determine the cause of failure and the extent of damage, including necessary and reasonable diagnostic test charges.
  • If you cannot return to the originating dealer, you may return to any licensed repair facility. Present the limited warranty and have them refer to mypartswarranty.com for guidelines on how to submit a claim. We will make every effort to pay them directly for authorized repairs.

Repair Facility Procedures:

  • Initiate a claim by calling (833) 483-6826 or email at VSCAdjusters-Dublin@pdsadm.com for approval before initiating repair. Please have the customer’s complete VIN available.
  • Provide an estimate of parts with part numbers, labor hours and labor costs to obtain approval.
  • Submit the invoice, and any related documents to claimspayment@pdsadm.com for payment. The final repair invoice must include an itemization of the part(s) name and repair, part number(s) labor hours and costs, taxes (if applicable). All receipts must be in the customer’s name and must show the repair date, complete identification number (VIN), odometer reading at the time of the breakdown, claim authorization number, and must be signed by the customer.
This warranty is provided by Automotive Integrity Solutions, Inc. with online registration services and administrative responsibilities powered by Premier Dealer Services, Inc. This protection is a limited warranty, not an insurance policy or vehicle service contract. This limited warranty is not subject to state insurance laws, but it is subject to state and federal laws concerning product warranties. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may also have other rights depending on the state where you purchased the part. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description herein. None of our representatives, employees, dealers or agents are authorized to alter, extend, amend or modify the terms of this limited warranty. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts; therefore, the limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This limited warranty is provided at no cost to you and is non-cancellable and non-refundable. This limited warranty is not available in NY or WA.
